The Men That Will Not Be Blamed For Nothing are currently on tour. They play Camden tonight, Brighton on Sunday, Manchester on Tuesday…. (rest of the dates below) don’t miss them!
I saw them in Southampton on Wednesday (for the first time) and they were magnificent. Part Victorian Music-Hall, part Death Metal, but mainly a full-on fun-time Steam-PUNK punk rock band with a wholly unique worldview.
John Robb saw them at Glastonbury, reviewed here, and I reviewed their album, one of this years best and they are currently at some sort of weird pinnacle in their time-travelling, fucking-with-history be-goggled journey.
Here is their new video for the song Miner from the album.
Vive Le Difference Engine and long Live the Men Who Will Not Be Blamed For Nothing, who incidentally, favour a republic and are not yer typical Victorians or indeed yer typical punk band.
